  • Our comprehensive services begin by collaborating with your architect and builder to oversee the interior architecture and design management. Once your space is designed, we also lead furniture procurement, art curation, installation, and final styling.

  • This service focuses on interior architecture by specifying the tile, lighting, cabinetry layouts, hard finishes, paint, etc. We partner with your architect and builder to ensure a cohesive design intent for your home. This does not include furnishings for your home.

  • We bring character and comfort to spaces that are already built, but need a soulful finishing touch. We incorporate elements that make a house feel like a home, including custom furniture, lighting, art curation, and styling.

  • We partner with your architect to transform commercial spaces into immersive brand experiences. From hidden speakeasies and moody cocktail bars to one-of-a-kind boutique environments, we focus on high-impact finishes and custom details that define an atmosphere.

OUR process

01.DISCOVERY

We begin with a 20-minute introductory call, followed by an on-site consultation to define your scope of work and budget. This phase concludes with a formal contract to officially launch the project.

02.DESIGN

We conduct site measurements to produce detailed floor plans and elevations. Our studio coordinates directly with your architect and builder to align on technical specifications, space planning, and bespoke detailing.

03.PROCUREMENT

After refining the design, we provide a proposal that aligns with your budget. Rest assured, nothing is ordered until you’ve officially signed off. Once approved, we take over the entire procurement and shipping process of furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories and art.

04.INSTALLATION

The project concludes with professional installation and styling, delivering a finished space that is ready to be lived in or open for business.

  • Fees are based on the unique scope of each project. We view professional design as an investment in your property. Whether increasing home equity or building brand value, our goal is to create a lasting asset. Following a consultation, we provide a tailored proposal (excluding construction costs) to ensure your investment is managed with transparency and precision.

  • We specialize in full-service interior design for private residential and boutique hospitality projects. This includes concept development, space planning, sourcing FF&E, procurement, design management, and installation from start to finish.

  • Our process is divided into four clear phases: Discovery, Design, Procurement, and Installation. We begin by defining your scope and budget, followed by the creation of detailed floor plans and elevations. Once the design is approved, we take over the entire procurement process, concluding with a professional installation where we style the space to be move-in or business-ready.

  • Project timelines vary based on the scope of work and the construction schedule. For a New Build or Renovation, we typically look at a 1-2 year window from initial drawings to move-in. Furnishing-only projects generally span 10 to 12 months to account for custom lead times.

    For Hospitality projects, we work closely with your lead architect and contractor to meet strict opening deadlines. These timelines are highly dependent on permit approvals and custom fabrication, so we recommend bringing us on board during the earliest planning phases to ensure a seamless path to opening day.

This allows for seamless collaboration with your architect and builder, ensuring that technical details are aligned with your vision.
